Mini Meals Are the Way to Go

One such tried and true tip for weight loss is the power of the mini meal. It doesn’t seem to make sense, does it? That eating more meals each day will help you to lose weight. But as countless people before you have learned, the mini meal can make all the difference in the world when it comes to losing weight and being healthy.

How it works is simple. When you eat three big meals a day, your metabolism slows down between each meal. By eating six smaller meals a day, your body doesn’t have the time to slow down. It will be burning calories more consistently, which will help your metabolism to stay in high gear all day long.

Try to eat foods that are rich in protein like fish, yogurt and eggs. Pair this with vegetables and fruit, and do your best to drink water with each and every meal.
