I learned about Nutrisystem via Janet Jackson. I’m a huge fan of hers since the 80′s. She recently started the program and got great results! I was really impressed and researched Nutrisystem. Found out it’s a well established plan that has worked for countless people. I plan on taking advantage of the discount posted here soon.

IMHO, one of the best things about Nutrisystem is the support system and community that comes with the program. The online discussion group is very active and chock full of tips, support and advice. If you use the resources at hand, the transition from pre-packaged meals to home-cooked (mentioned above) need not result in weight gain. Plenty of information and help is available for those who seek it out.

There’s a lot of smoke and mirrors surrounding diet programs, but at their core they must cut calories if they are legit. The Medifast program does this. When you are on this diet, you generally take in 1000 calories or less per day. If you stick to this, and move around normally, you are almost guaranteed to lose weight. Medifast worked for me!

Two things stand out about this diet program for me. One, I really like how so many doctors recommend the Medifast diet. Two, the 30 day guarantee tells me that the company stands behind their product. I will give it a try just as soon as the holidays run their course. Dropping weight is one of my New Year’s resolutions.

Hey, not all pancakes are unhealthy. Just yesterday on the Dr. Oz show, I saw one of the Iron Chefs prepare a batch of healthy and delicious flapjacks that were made with healthy ingredients. Wow, that before and after picture is really something! I must admit, I look more like the “before” version on the left. I’ve been searching for a solid diet to lose weight and the Medifast plan has a lot going for it. I’m on the go a lot and this fits into my lifestyle.
