On average, sprints could take as little as four and a half minutes to finish and still burn as many calories as a sixty minute run.

A spin class is spent on a stationary bicycle and the entirety of the class is spent pedaling at a high speed.

While it may not burn your fat off the fastest, Crossfit is a surefire way for you to lose weight and gain definition while sculpting your body. Consisting of high intensity cardio with some functional weight training, Crossfit offers a class mentality along with the social motivation of working out beside your peers.

Getting in your cardio is an important part of any workout routine. Whether you are slipping in one high intensity workout a week or trying to make it three times, you will see results by sticking with any of these cardio programs.
